What you can Expect

In each meeting, the client chooses the focus of conversation, while the coach listens and contributes with observations and questions.

This interaction creates clarity and moves the client into action. Coaching accelerates the client’s progress by providing greater focus and awareness of choice.

Coaching concentrates on discovering and clarifying goals, identifying blind spots, and eliciting strategies and solutions to get the client on track to achieve their future goals at a pace that is achievable for the client


Self Awareness Sessions.

Myers Briggs is a self-awareness tool. Through a series of questions, it captures patterns and preferences in how people perceive the world and make decisions. 

The philosophy defines sixteen different personality types and offers insight into how the person receives information, processes it, and makes decisions. The assessment offers keen insight into the participants preferences in communication styles and behaviors.

The utilization of this personality assessment tools offers significant opportunities to better understand other people and build quality, meaningful relationships.


A Balanced Approach.

Identify your strengths, understand your motivation (WHY?), and create your vision for the future. We will work together to establish meaningful goals, gain clarity on why you are not achieving your current goals (BLINDSPOTS), and frame your options for the future.

As your coach, I will:

Recap agreed upon goals and action plans during all meetings. We will ensure accountability by having discussions on the progress you have made. If appropriate, I will call you out for lack of implementation or guide you past roadblocks. 


The Break-Through Moment.

We will achieve our break-through moment by gaining clarity of what is important, recognizing the power we have within ourselves, taking initiative, and going the extra mile to ensure our success.

Consistency is key to this process. In order to maintain your new levels of success and happiness, you will need to exercise your habits and behaviors. We must remain self-aware and clear of our goals. This takes consistent practice.
